Book Quartet

Time to place the bridge.  I'm using a 24.75" scale like Gibson does.  It's the scale I'm used to and all my jigs are set up for it.  I doubt I'll ever build a guitar to a different scale.

See that pickup ring?  I bought it from CB Gitty.  NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CB GITTY.  The pickup rings are cheap 3 ply garbage wood.  I think they found a warehouse full of mid 70s builders grade hollow core doors and ran with it.  The first string I used of theirs snapped during winding (It wasn't even taut).  Their pickups are covered in .... something .... glue maybe?  Whatever it is can't be filed off, stained, or painted.

Admittedly the bridges seem ok.  So far.
